Data Deletion

You can ask GemsNGlitz to delete the personal information connected to your account, including information received when you sign in with Facebook or Google. Read our Privacy Policy for the types of information we keep.
How to request deletion
Email sales@gemsnglitz.com from the email address on your GemsNGlitz account. Use the subject “Data deletion request” and include:
- Your full name.
- The email address on the account.
- Whether you signed in with email, Google, or Facebook.
Facebook Login
To remove GemsNGlitz from Facebook, open Facebook Settings, go to Apps and Websites, select GemsNGlitz, and remove it. That stops future access from Facebook. To delete the customer data we already stored, send the email request above from the same email address Facebook shared with us.
What we delete
We delete or anonymize your account profile, saved addresses, wishlist, and sign-in identifiers. We may retain order records for as long as tax, payment, or warranty rules require, and we remove the personal details from those records when the required period ends.
We complete confirmed deletion requests within 30 days and email you when the request is finished.
